Labuan Bajo — PT Pelni’s October 2026 timetable shows one KM Wilis call at Labuan Bajo on 10 October, but the available independent schedules do not list a through Labuan Bajo–Kupang sailing on that date, and published fares for the Kupang–Makassar sector in mid-October are higher than Rp309,000.

According to a 19 September 2026 report from Tribun Kupang, based on Pelni’s online schedule, KM Wilis is shown making a Labuan Bajo–Kupang economy-class trip departing Saturday 10 October 2026 at 09:00 WITA and arriving in Kupang on Tuesday 13 October 2026 at 01:00 WITA, with a listed fare of Rp309,000.

A separate schedule compiled by transport blog Nurcholis.com, which breaks down KM Wilis movements by route, shows KM Wilis departing Makassar for Kupang on Friday 9 October 2026 at 08:00 and arriving in Kupang at 01:00 on 13 October, with calls at Labuan Bajo, Bima, Waikelo, Waingapu and Ende along the way. In that listing, the published economy fare for the Makassar–Kupang route is Rp530,500, suggesting that prices on different sectors of KM Wilis’ route can vary by distance and class.

Tribun’s Labuan Bajo–Kupang item describes KM Wilis as serving the Nusa Tenggara, Kalimantan and Sulawesi region on a loop that includes Batulicin, Makassar, Labuan Bajo, Bima, Waikelo, Waingapu, Ende, Kupang and Kalabahi. It states that, for October 2026, only one Labuan Bajo–Kupang departure is visible in Pelni’s online listing, and notes that both the schedule and ticket availability can change at any time.

Nurcholis.com’s route-focused October timetables likewise show KM Wilis operating in this corridor, with Kupang–Makassar sailings on 1 and 15 October that include a short call at Labuan Bajo in the early morning of 4 and 18 October respectively. On those Kupang–Makassar dates, the ship is scheduled to depart Kupang at 14:00 WITA and reach Makassar at 06:00 four days later, after intermediate stops at Ende, Waingapu, Waikelo, Bima and Labuan Bajo.

For travellers planning overland and sea trips between Flores and Kupang in October 2026, the combined schedules indicate that KM Wilis is expected to visit both Labuan Bajo and Kupang multiple times as part of its regional circuit, but only one direct Labuan Bajo–Kupang economy sailing appears in the 10 October listing cited by Tribun. Other KM Wilis departures in October pass through Labuan Bajo or Kupang as intermediate ports rather than as endpoints of a dedicated Labuan Bajo–Kupang leg.

Tickets, channels and timetable changes

Tribun’s report advises passengers to confirm current departure times, fares and seat availability directly through Pelni’s official website or Pelni Mobile, noting that the timetable and quota can be updated without prior notice. Nurcholis.com also directs readers to Pelni’s official channels for the most up-to-date information on KM Wilis and other Pelni ships, and describes its own tables as compiled from Pelni’s published schedules.

According to Tribun, Pelni sells tickets through its online reservation site and mobile application, as well as via ticket counters, appointed agents and partner retail chains such as Alfamart and Alfamidi, alongside third-party booking platforms including Easybook and Fastpay. Fastpay’s KM Wilis page, which aggregates Pelni data, lists multiple October KM Wilis segments in eastern Indonesia, including Ende–Kupang and Kupang–Kalabahi legs, and likewise notes that schedules are subject to change.

Both sources recommend booking well ahead of departure, with Tribun suggesting a minimum of around two weeks before sailing for popular routes. Given the limited number of KM Wilis calls at Labuan Bajo and Kupang in October and the potential for timetable changes, travellers planning an October crossing between Flores and Kupang are advised to monitor Pelni’s official channels regularly and secure tickets early for the most critical segments of their itinerary.
