Labuan Bajo — Sail 2 Indonesia is promoting three fee options for its 2026 rally, with official materials describing Bronze, Silver and Platinum packages priced from US$295 to US$900 per vessel and outlining differing levels of support and events through Indonesia.
The rally’s registration form for the 2026 event lists three payment options under the heading “Sail 2 Indonesia Rally Registration 2026,” with Bronze at US$295, Silver at US$550 and Platinum at US$900 per boat, according to the Jotform registration page. The registration form notes that spaces in the 2026 rally are limited and asks applicants to complete all fields and sign as skipper, but it does not state a final closing date for registrations.
The rally organiser’s main website states that registration for the 2026 Wonderful Sail 2 Indonesia Rally “will be open from early December 2025,” and invites prospective participants to submit an Expression of Interest ahead of that period. A separate “About the Rally” page reiterates that registration for the 2026 rally will open in early December 2025 and explains that those who have already submitted an Expression of Interest receive an introductory information PDF.
Three package options
The “About the Rally” section describes three options for the 2026 rally. The **Bronze** option is presented as an information-only package, providing access to a “wealth of Information on the Wonderful Sail 2 Indonesia WebApp” to help crews prepare for independent cruising in Indonesia, with participants choosing their own entry point and timing. The Bronze rally fee is listed at US$295 per vessel and is described as non-refundable.
The **Silver** option is described as a “free, independent cruise with all the support” including document processing and participation in organised clearance into Indonesia and a welcome ceremony, while leaving the detailed itinerary to each vessel. The Silver fee is set at US$550 per vessel, with the rally materials stating that a non-refundable payment of US$550 is payable with submission of registration.
The **Platinum** option is marketed as including processing of all documentation, organised clearance over specific dates, a welcome ceremony and the “Sail To Indonesia Schedule of Events Through Indonesia,” planned and co-ordinated by rally partner Raymond Lesmana and conducted by different regencies, starting in the Kai Islands. The Platinum fee is listed at US$900 per vessel, with a non-refundable US$450 deposit payable on registration and the remaining balance due when documentation processing begins in June, at which time an invoice is to be sent.

According to the rally rules page, the event is open to sailing monohulls and multihulls and motor launches with a minimum length overall of 9 metres (30 feet). The maximum LOA is listed as 18.29 metres (60 feet) for multihulls and 25 metres (80 feet) for monohulled yachts and launches.

Entry ports and Kupang context
Official rally information for 2026 states that clearance for the Silver and Platinum options is organised at the entry port of Tual, in the Kai Islands, with a welcome event held there. Rally materials do not present Kupang as a designated clearance port for the 2026 Sail 2 Indonesia event, although Kupang in Nusa Tenggara Timur is listed as an approved yacht CIQP (customs, immigration, quarantine and port) entry port for Indonesia in independent cruising guides.
Cruising resources describe Kupang’s role as a clearance port and anchorage for yachts arriving from Australia, noting CIQP procedures and the anchorage off the town’s waterfront, where rallies have previously gathered. However, the publicly available Sail 2 Indonesia 2026 rally materials accessed for this article focus on Tual as the organised entry port and do not publish a detailed Nusa Tenggara Timur itinerary or specific clearance arrangements through Kupang.
