Komodo district recorded 466 Manggarai Barat projects in first-half data

Komodo — Kecamatan Komodo accounted for 466 of 655 unique projects recorded in Manggarai Barat from January to June 2026. The regional trade and industry profile was reported on 2 October 2026.

The profile was prepared by the Manggarai Barat Trade and Industry Office. It combines trade data from 2021–2025 with trade and industry data through June 2026, providing a single basis for reviewing the recorded activity during the first half of 2026.

The 655 unique projects followed processing to control duplication. The total comprised 499 trade projects and 156 industry projects. The figures therefore distinguish the unique project count from the broader administrative records used to compile the profile.

Why the figures matter

The figures identify Kecamatan Komodo as the main recorded concentration of trade and industry activity in Manggarai Barat during the first half of 2026. That concentration provides a local reference point for understanding where the district’s documented commercial activity was located.

The profile also recorded 1,024 cross-sector administrative records before duplication was controlled. Kecamatan Komodo’s 466 projects represented about 71.1 percent of the 655 unique projects in the combined January–June 2026 data.

RRI reported that 141 industry projects, or 90.4 percent of the industry total, were micro businesses. Together, the project totals and the administrative-record figure describe how the profile organized the first-half data for trade and industry activity in Manggarai Barat.
